📋 Description

• This freelance Security Specialist - AI Trainer role is critical for bridging real-world security expertise with cutting-edge AI development, ensuring that AI systems learn to reason about security with accuracy, practicality, and compliance grounded in actual EU/UK operational contexts.
• The role directly contributes to shaping how advanced AI models understand and apply security knowledge at scale, making AI systems more reliable and trustworthy in real-world threat mitigation and risk assessment scenarios.
• Day-to-day responsibilities include reviewing and refining AI-generated outputs related to security, cyber risk assessments, mitigation strategies, and practical aspects of security operations to ensure they reflect authentic security reasoning and procedures.
• You will evaluate AI responses for accuracy, practicality, and compliance with real-world security requirements, identifying logical gaps, oversights, or weak reasoning that could undermine the model’s effectiveness in applied security contexts.
• A core task involves drafting realistic security scenarios based on your direct professional experience, creating variations from multiple perspectives such as security specialist, client, IT leader, or regulator to enrich the AI’s contextual understanding.
• You will identify gaps, oversights, or weak reasoning in AI-generated security content, using your expertise to improve the depth, relevance, and applicability of training data for AI models.

🎯 Requirements

• Senior-level security specialist with significant professional experience within the EU or UK, particularly in advising on, preparing, and executing security solutions.
• Proven ability to evaluate security documentation, solutions, and compliance frameworks with a critical eye for practicality and real-world applicability.
• Skilled at identifying gaps, oversights, or weak reasoning in security-related content and providing structured, actionable feedback.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote setting with strong self-management and communication skills.
• Availability for 8–20 hours per week with prompt responsiveness to task assignments and feedback loops.
• Familiarity with security operations, risk assessment methodologies, and mitigation strategy development in professional contexts.
