📋 Description

• As the SEM Lead at Labhouse Inc., you will be the strategic owner of Google Ads Search across a portfolio of AI and productivity apps, directly driving revenue and efficiency through technical campaign architecture, budget allocation, and profitability logic.
• Day to day, you will design and scale search campaign structures from scratch, optimize Smart Bidding and conversion signals, build data dashboards and automations using GA4, Looker Studio, or BigQuery, and collaborate with Product, Data, and Marketing teams to align search strategy with product goals.
• Labhouse is a fast-growing Barcelona-based startup founded by the co-founders of SocialPoint, building subscription-based AI and productivity apps used by millions worldwide, operating at the intersection of mobile technology, AI, and product-driven growth with a strong focus on experimentation and performance.
• In this role, you will deepen your expertise in performance marketing at scale, develop advanced technical skills in search analytics and automation, and have the opportunity to lead a critical revenue channel while integrating AI models into new app acquisition strategies.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics or related fields
• Deep, hands-on expertise in Google Ads Search (must-have)
• Strong analytical foundation with the ability to build dashboards, scripts, and data queries independently
