- • Senior Account Associate supporting commercial insurance accounts, providing administrative and customer service support to account teams, producers, and assigned client groups while ensuring production and quality standards are met.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include tracking policy expirations, processing endorsements and audits, managing accounts receivable, maintaining agency systems, reviewing contracts, supporting new and renewal business, and delivering proactive, excellent service to clients.

🎯 Requirements
- • 3+ years of customer service experience in the insurance industry
- • Thorough knowledge of insurance brokerage and client needs
- • Required active licensing; CISR designation preferred
- • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- • Exceptional customer service, communication, multitasking, and organizational skills
- • Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- • High School Diploma or equivalent
