- • Lead strategic direction and execution for client accounts in the digital healthcare space, ensuring alignment with client goals and objectives across all phases of campaign development and delivery.
- • Manage and mentor a client services team responsible for delivering high-impact digital campaigns for pharmaceutical and healthcare clients, providing day-to-day supervision and performance guidance.
- • Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, building trusted advisory relationships and acting as a strategic partner in shaping campaign strategy, messaging, and outcomes.
- • Oversee end-to-end campaign processes—from concept and planning through execution, measurement, and optimization—ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and quality standards.
- • Collaborate cross-functionally with medical, advisory, and marketing teams to integrate clinical insights, regulatory compliance, and patient-centered messaging into digital campaigns.
- • Drive client satisfaction by proactively identifying opportunities for campaign enhancement, addressing concerns, and delivering measurable value that advances patient access and care.
- • Ensure all client deliverables reflect Avalere Health’s mission to reach every patient possible, with a focus on equity, inclusion, and patient-centered outcomes.
- • Contribute to business development efforts by identifying upsell opportunities, supporting proposal development, and participating in client pitch presentations.
- • Maintain deep understanding of the pharmaceutical industry landscape, including regulatory environments, digital health trends, and patient engagement strategies.

🎯 Requirements
- • Minimum 8+ years of experience in account management or client services within a digital agency, preferably in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, or life sciences.
- • Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and managing multiple client accounts simultaneously with high accountability and strategic oversight.
- • Demonstrated expertise in developing and executing digital marketing campaigns for pharmaceutical clients, including understanding of FDA/EMA regulations and patient privacy standards.
- • Strong leadership skills with experience mentoring junior team members and fostering high-performance, inclusive team cultures.
- • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities, with a history of building trusted advisory relationships with C-suite and marketing executives.
- • Deep familiarity with digital health tools, patient engagement platforms, and data-driven campaign measurement in healthcare marketing.
