  • • You will serve as a trusted advisor, managing rights holders and overseeing rights management to ensure the seamless execution of world-class activations and compelling content.

  • • Reporting directly to an Account Director, you will collaborate closely with a creative and dynamic team, contributing to the success of ongoing projects.
  • • A core responsibility will be owning and managing the approvals workflow, acting as a key point of contact for guidelines, client toolkits, and established processes to guarantee that campaigns are executed flawlessly and on schedule.
  • • You will be responsible for the creation, ongoing management, and circulation of essential project management tools, including detailed project plans, status documents, and comprehensive meeting minutes, ensuring all stakeholders are informed and aligned.
  • • Take ownership of accurately tracking and managing the fulfillment of sponsorship assets, meticulously ensuring that these assets are utilized efficiently and are performing effectively to maximize client ROI.
  • • Actively contribute to the development and refinement of process improvements and best practices, particularly in the areas of asset and talent management, to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • • Prepare and present comprehensive client reports, offering insightful recommendations for continuous improvement, and confidently presenting these findings to clients to foster strategic partnerships.
  • • Foster seamless operations by working cross-functionally with internal teams and external agency partners, ensuring cohesive and effective project delivery.
  • • Maintain and expand your knowledge of the sponsorship landscape, staying abreast of industry trends to provide informed best practices and strategic recommendations to clients and internal teams.
  • • Be prepared for on-site support at events, which may involve global travel and occasional weekend work, reflecting the dynamic nature of the motorsports industry.
  • • This role demands a proactive approach, anticipating the needs of both the team and clients, identifying opportunities to add value, and consistently demonstrating a solutions-oriented mindset.
  • • Develop and deliver impactful presentations, both internally and externally, showcasing strong verbal and written communication skills.
