  • • **What You’ll Do Day-to-Day: A Dynamic and Impactful Role**
  • • **Acquire New Enterprise Clients:** Identify, engage, and close deals with enterprise companies across Western Europe, with a primary focus on Spain. Your hunter mentality will be key to building a robust pipeline and converting prospects into long-term clients.
  • • **Build and Maintain a High-Performing Pipeline:** Take ownership of your territory by developing strategic territory plans that align with business goals. Leverage internal resources, including Business Development Representatives (BDRs), to ensure a steady flow of qualified leads and opportunities.
  • • **Run Full Sales Cycles:** From initial prospecting to contract negotiation and closing, you will manage the entire sales cycle. This includes conducting discovery calls, qualifying leads, and crafting compelling business cases that demonstrate the value of Cognigy’s AI-first CX platform.
  • • **Consultative Selling at the Executive Level:** Engage with senior executives (SVP/C-Level) to understand their business challenges and objectives. Map out value propositions, develop ROI models, and drive conversations around digital transformation, positioning Cognigy as the solution to their needs.
  • • **Collaborate Across Teams:** Work closely with cross-functional teams, including BDRs, Presales, Marketing, Product, Finance, and Leadership, to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies. Your ability to coordinate and leverage internal resources will be critical to your success.
  • • **Respond to RFPs/RFIs:** Lead the preparation and submission of responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and Requests for Information (RFIs), ensuring they are tailored to the client’s needs and showcase Cognigy’s competitive advantages.
  • • **Represent Cognigy at Industry Events:** Act as the face of the company at trade fairs, conferences, and other industry events. Deliver presentations, conduct demos, and engage with potential clients to build brand awareness and generate leads.
  • • **Leverage CRM Tools:** Use Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems effectively and consistently to track sales cycles, document customer interactions, and maintain accurate records of engagements. Your disciplined approach to CRM will ensure transparency and accountability in your sales process.
