We are seeking a highly motivated and accomplished Senior Account Executive to join our dynamic sales organization and play a pivotal role in our continued success.
- • As a Senior Account Executive at Fyxer, you will be entrusted with the complete ownership of the sales cycle. This encompasses everything from initial prospect discovery and qualification, through to guiding them through a seamless product trial, and ultimately securing the close. Our go-to-market strategy is deeply rooted in a product-led growth (PLG) model, meaning a significant portion of your pipeline will organically emerge from inbound interest and active product usage. However, we also expect you to be proactive and adept at identifying and cultivating new opportunities where strategic outreach is beneficial. You will be instrumental in helping prospective clients experience the tangible value of Fyxer firsthand. This involves effectively onboarding them into the product, providing expert guidance during their trial period, and fostering internal champions and momentum that leads to successful adoption and expansion.

- • Key Responsibilities:
- • Conduct thorough discovery calls to understand prospect needs, pain points, and business objectives, effectively positioning Fyxer as the optimal solution.
- • Lead and manage the entire sales cycle, from initial contact through to closing deals, ensuring a smooth and efficient process for all stakeholders.
- • Drive product trials and pilots, actively guiding prospects to experience and understand the core value proposition of Fyxer, focusing on adoption and internal momentum building.
- • Develop and execute strategies to multi-thread across various teams and decision-makers within prospect organizations, fostering alignment and navigating complex buying committees.
- • Manage a high-volume pipeline of inbound leads and product-driven opportunities, prioritizing effectively to maximize conversion rates.
- • Proactively identify and pursue expansion opportunities within existing accounts, engaging relevant stakeholders to drive upsell and cross-sell initiatives.
- • Collaborate closely with Marketing, Revenue Operations (RevOps), and Customer Success teams to refine trial conversion strategies, optimize deal velocity, and ensure a cohesive customer journey.
- • Gather and synthesize valuable feedback from prospects and customers regarding their experience with Fyxer and our sales process, sharing these insights with the Product team to inform product enhancements and sales enablement improvements.
- • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging technologies, particularly in the AI and productivity software space, to maintain a competitive edge.
- • Contribute to the development and refinement of sales processes, playbooks, and best practices as we scale, embodying a true builder mentality.
- • Consistently achieve and exceed sales quotas through effective pipeline management, strategic selling, and a deep understanding of customer needs.
- • Build strong, lasting relationships with prospects and customers, establishing trust and becoming a valued advisor.
- • Articulate the value of Fyxer's AI executive assistant in terms of productivity gains, cost savings, and improved customer engagement.
- • Adapt quickly to new information, product updates, and market shifts, demonstrating agility and resilience in a dynamic startup environment.

🎯 Requirements
- • 3-6 years of proven success in SaaS sales, with a demonstrable track record of consistently exceeding sales quotas.
- • Experience in a Product-Led Growth (PLG) or hybrid PLG/sales-led environment, understanding how to leverage product usage to drive sales.
- • Strong skills in conducting effective discovery calls, multi-threading across different organizational levels, and managing sales cycles from start to finish.
- • Demonstrated ability to manage a high-velocity pipeline of inbound and product-driven opportunities while maintaining deal control.
- • Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills, with a keen eye for detail and follow-through.
