- • Maintain consistent top-tier individual sales performance through outbound calling and solution-based selling to meet and exceed sales targets.
- • Deliver compelling online product demonstrations to prospective clients and ensure consistent, timely follow-up to drive conversions.
- • Strategically prioritize and target customers and prospects based on revenue potential, profitability, cost to serve, and likelihood of closing deals.
- • Shadow and assist in the onboarding process for new sales hires, providing hands-on guidance and feedback to accelerate their ramp-up.
- • Deeply understand and fully exemplify all aspects of Top Producer’s sales process, ensuring adherence to best practices and procedural standards.
- • Accurately and ethically sell Top Producer products while actively using and championing all internal sales tools and procedures.
- • Support the sales team by modeling positive work habits, fostering a collaborative environment, and reinforcing company culture and core values.
- • Assist leadership in motivating and mentoring team members on sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer engagement strategies.
- • Act as a cultural ambassador for Top Producer, consistently promoting a positive, encouraging, and high-performance sales floor atmosphere.
- • Avoid any behavior that could negatively impact team morale, floor dynamics, or company reputation; maintain professional conduct at all times.
- • Attend all required meetings and training sessions on time and with full consistency, demonstrating reliability and commitment to professional development.
- • Remain in good standing with no record of attendance or behavioral corrective actions in the prior three months.
- • Collaborate with the Sales Manager to provide targeted recommendations for improving sales and marketing programs based on firsthand field experience.
- • Ensure all sales activities are conducted with integrity, transparency, and alignment with company policies and ethical standards.
- • Proactively contribute to team-wide success by sharing insights, best practices, and proven strategies that elevate overall team performance.
