- • As a Senior Account Executive at Rocket Software, you will lead and grow the BFSI business in the Philippines, focusing on the top 10 banks and strategic partners, driving net-new growth and expansion through Enterprise License Agreement (ELA) transactions.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include owning and executing sales strategy for the Philippines, building and maintaining a strong sales pipeline, leading end-to-end enterprise sales cycles, engaging senior decision makers across CIO/CTO and other leadership functions, translating customer pain points into strategic modernization roadmaps, and partnering with internal teams to deliver customer outcomes.
- • You will work within a mission-driven company that values Empathy, Humanity, Trust, and Love, collaborating with pre-sales, customer success, technical teams, and product stakeholders to ensure customer success and act as a strong internal advocate for BFSI clients.
- • In this role, you will deepen relationships with top-tier banking executives, drive legacy modernization for IBM Mainframe and IBM i (AS400) environments, enable cloud and AI adoption, and deliver measurable outcomes aligned to customer priorities such as resilience, operational efficiency, and compliance readiness.
🎯 Requirements
- • 10+ years of proven success in enterprise software and/or IT services sales with a strong emphasis on BFSI in the Philippines.
- • Demonstrated success selling into tier-1 banking customers with direct ownership of complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
- • Established relationships with decision makers and senior influencers across the top 10 banks in the Philippines (e.g., CIO/CTO, Heads of Infrastructure, Applications, Data, Security, Risk/Compliance, and Procurement).
- • Fluency in Tagalog and English (written and spoken).
- • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field.
- • Experience building and executing partner-led opportunities with SIs/MSPs/GSIs and relevant ecosystem partners.
