- • As a Senior Account Executive at Paddle, you will drive revenue growth by converting qualified leads into delighted customers across the Americas, playing a critical role in helping the company achieve its vision of becoming the go-to payment infrastructure solution for SaaS, AI, and app businesses worldwide.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include building pipeline from marketing and BD-sourced leads, self-sourcing opportunities, managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, delivering product demos, collaborating cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Success teams, identifying competitive insights to inform sales strategy and product development, participating in regular sales training, and mentoring new Account Executives as they ramp.
- • Paddle is a Merchant of Record that simplifies payment infrastructure for over 5,000 software sellers across 245 territories, backed by top-tier investors like KKR and FTV Capital, and committed to a remote-first, inclusive culture where diverse perspectives are valued and everyone is empowered to bring their authentic self to work.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in consultative, value-based selling of technical SaaS and payments solutions, refine your ability to engage C-suite and technical stakeholders, develop leadership skills through mentoring, and contribute directly to product and go-to-market strategy by sharing frontline customer insights.
🎯 Requirements
- • Extensive closing experience in software or SaaS with a proven track record of exceeding quota in multi-threaded, enterprise sales processes
- • Experience selling highly technical products/services to technical buyers such as CTOs, Heads of Product, and technical founders
- • Strong consultative, value-based selling skills with comfort engaging via phone, email, and in-person interactions
- • Familiarity with eCommerce providers (Stripe, Braintree, PayPal, Cleverbridge) and subscription platforms (Chargebee, Zuora, Recurly)
- • Entrepreneurial mindset thriving in unstructured, self-starting environments with a passion for solving complex challenges
