  • • As a CX Lead Generation Specialist at Unilever Food Solutions, you will drive sustainable business growth by generating new operator leads and shortening the sales cycle in a specific geographic market, directly contributing to Unilever’s ambition to reach 3 million global operators through data-driven, omnichannel engagement.
  • • Day to day, you will develop collaborative calendars with Territory Development Managers, execute Account Based Marketing (ABM) follow-ups, conduct virtual and in-person culinary consultations, sampling, ideation sessions, and cooking demos to inspire menu innovation, while enriching operator data and leveraging Salesforce and Firefly to target non-commercial leads in Education and Entertainment channels.
  • • You will join Unilever Food Solutions (UFS), the €2.5bn+ foodservice division of Unilever, which serves professional food and beverage products to operators across 22 Multi Country Organizations in 72 countries, and is accelerating its digital transformation to win market share through superior customer value and integrated Go-to-Market capabilities.
  • • In this role, you will develop expertise in B2B foodservice sales, data enrichment, omnichannel lead generation, and culinary-led selling, while gaining exposure to global marketing strategies, Salesforce automation, and cross-functional collaboration with sales, marketing, and trade partners—positioning you for advancement in commercial or digital growth roles within Unilever’s purpose-driven organization.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 2-3 years of working experience preferably in the Foodservice Industry
  • • Proven track record in sales, preferably in the Foodservice Industry
  • • Digital & Data analysis skills, including compiling action plans from insights
  • • Strong working knowledge of Excel, MS Office, and Power BI
  • • Experience utilizing CRM platforms (specifically Salesforce) and lead enrichment tools
  • • Ability to conduct virtual culinary consultations, sampling, ideation, and cooking demos to drive engagement
