- • As a Senior Account Executive at NICE Ltd., you will be instrumental in driving the adoption of our cutting-edge AI solutions within the DACH region, playing a pivotal role in revolutionizing the industry and shaping the future of customer experiences.
- • Your primary responsibility will be to identify and acquire new enterprise clients across diverse industries within Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. This involves developing and executing strategic territory plans to meet ambitious business goals, meticulously outlining your approach to market penetration and revenue generation. You will be expected to build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through proactive, self-directed prospecting efforts, complemented by close collaboration with internal Business Development Representative (BDR) resources to maximize lead generation and qualification. The role demands the management of full sales cycles, from initial account planning and targeted outreach to in-depth discovery, qualification, complex contract negotiations, and ultimately, closing deals.
- • You will adopt a highly consultative and value-centric approach, engaging with senior executives to understand their unique business challenges and objectives. This will involve expertly mapping the value proposition of our solutions to their needs, developing compelling business cases, constructing detailed ROI models, and leading strategic conversations around Digital Transformation. A key aspect of your role will be coordinating comprehensive responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and Requests for Information (RFIs), ensuring that our capabilities are clearly and effectively communicated to potential clients.
- • Collaboration is central to success in this role. You will work closely with a variety of internal teams, including BDRs, Presales support specialists, Marketing, Product management, Finance, and Leadership, to ensure a cohesive and effective go-to-market strategy. Furthermore, you will represent Cognigy at industry trade fairs and events, acting as a brand ambassador and engaging with potential clients and partners in person. A significant part of your daily activity will involve preparing, presenting, and conducting compelling product demonstrations, insightful presentations, and engaging customer meetings, all tailored to the specific needs and interests of the audience. Effective and consistent utilization of the CRM system is crucial for tracking sales cycles, managing customer engagements, and providing accurate forecasting.
