- • As a Senior Account Executive at Clearco, you will be at the forefront of our growth, managing the entire sales cycle for a named account territory. This involves identifying and engaging with promising SMB to mid-market e-commerce businesses across the US, understanding their unique financial needs, and presenting Clearco's innovative funding solutions as the optimal path to achieving their business objectives.
- • Your day-to-day will be a blend of strategic outreach, in-depth financial consultation, and skillful negotiation. You will be responsible for consistently meeting and exceeding ambitious individual and team targets, demonstrating a strong ability to manage the sales funnel from initial prospecting through to closing deals. This requires a deep understanding of the e-commerce landscape, alternative finance options, and the specific challenges faced by founders and CFOs.
- • A key aspect of this role involves conducting in-depth financial conversations, addressing complex objections, and building trust with potential clients. You will need to articulate the value proposition of Clearco's flexible funding options, including Cash Advance and Invoice Funding, highlighting benefits such as no dilution, no personal guarantees, and rapid access to capital.
- • Beyond closing new business, you will also be adept at nurturing your closed-lost pipeline, ensuring that even opportunities that don't convert immediately are managed effectively, with an eye towards future alignment with customer capital needs. This requires a proactive and persistent approach, always seeking to understand the evolving financial requirements of businesses.
- • You will leverage data and analytics to refine your sales strategies, experimenting with different outreach methods and tracking key metrics to identify what works best. This analytical mindset is crucial, as Clearco operates on a data-driven philosophy, and your ability to use insights to optimize your performance will be highly valued.
- • Acting as a true partner to each client is paramount. This means going beyond a transactional sales approach to deeply understand their business goals, the key initiatives they are undertaking, and precisely how Clearco's funding will serve as a catalyst for their desired growth and success.
