- • As a Senior Account Executive at Bullhorn, you will drive new business growth in the DACH region by identifying and closing sales opportunities for Bullhorn’s leading recruitment software platform, directly contributing to the company’s mission of delivering exceptional customer experiences and expanding its market presence.
- • Your day-to-day activities include building and managing a lead pipeline through proactive outreach, qualifying leads, conducting product demonstrations, collaborating with Sales Engineering and Professional Services on solution proposals, forecasting sales performance, monitoring market trends, and representing Bullhorn at webinars and regional events.
- • Bullhorn is a global leader in recruitment technology, serving over 10,000 companies with its cloud-based platform, combining the scale of an established enterprise with the agility and innovation of a startup, supported by a strong culture of internal mobility—25% of employees are promoted or transition roles annually.
- • In this role, you will develop advanced consultative sales skills, deepen your expertise in SaaS and AI applications within the staffing industry, build long-term client relationships, and accelerate your career through clear progression paths, unlimited vacation (with performance), and access to professional development and volunteer opportunities via Bullhorn Cares.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3–5 years of experience in SaaS sales or the staffing/recruitment industry
- • Proven track record of success in B2B sales
- • Experience in consultative selling of complex solutions, with ability to manage multiple stakeholders and decision-makers
- • Fluency in German and strong business-level English proficiency
- • Willingness to travel for customer meetings and to build relationships both in person and online
