- • Manage the full sales cycle from outbound prospecting through to signed contract for multi-seat, multi-year SaaS deals exceeding six figures in annual contract value.
- • Sell enterprise software solutions to senior decision-makers across marketing, analytics, procurement, and data teams at large brands.
- • Navigate complex, lengthy sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders within enterprise organizations.
- • Maintain an accurate and precise sales pipeline and forecast using Salesforce and HubSpot.
- • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, and customer success teams to optimize the go-to-market engine.
- • Use Gong.io to analyze sales calls, refine messaging, and support team-wide learning and improvement.
- • Contribute to the development and refinement of sales strategy, playbooks, and positioning as one of the early sales hires.
- • Work within Eastern Time Zone hours to align with US-based clients and internal teams.
- • Target enterprise clients in the advertising, marketing, or media industries with annual ad spend exceeding $1M.
- • Operate in a high-growth, venture-backed SaaS startup environment with rapid scaling and evolving processes.
- • Build and deepen relationships with key stakeholders to drive long-term customer acquisition and retention.
- • Leverage deep understanding of both technical and business needs to articulate product value effectively.
- • Contribute to scaling the sales organization by helping establish repeatable processes and early-stage sales infrastructure.
- • Engage with a founding team backed by leading venture investors to shape the future of a next-generation platform for enterprise marketers.
🎯 Requirements
- • 6+ years in full-cycle sales roles within US-based, venture-backed SaaS startups
- • Demonstrated success closing enterprise software deals, especially multi-seat and multi-year contracts
- • Experience selling into large brands within the advertising, marketing, or media space
- • Fluency with Salesforce, HubSpot, and Gong.io
- • Availability to work Eastern Time Zone hours
- • Comfortable speaking to both technical and business leaders
