- • Own the full sales cycle from first call to signed contract for mid-market and enterprise roofing contractors across North America. You will run discovery, deliver tailored demos, build multi-stakeholder business cases, negotiate commercials, and close deals worth $10k–$100k+ ARR.
- • Become the voice of the customer inside Roofr. You will spend 60 % of your time on Zoom with roofers, listening to their pain points, documenting workflows, and translating those insights into feature requests that directly influence our product roadmap.
- • Build and execute account-based strategies. Using HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and our own intent data, you will map org charts, craft personalized outreach sequences, and coordinate cross-functional “pod” teams (SDR, Solutions, Marketing) to penetrate named accounts.
- • Crush quarterly and annual revenue targets. Our current AE team averages 120 % quota attainment; we expect you to raise the bar by introducing new verticals (commercial, solar, insurance restoration) and upsell paths (payments, material ordering, API integrations).
- • Deliver world-class virtual and on-site demos. You will configure live environments that show contractors how to measure a roof in 30 seconds, build a proposal in 5 minutes, and collect payment before leaving the driveway—turning skeptics into champions.
- • Architect ROI models that resonate with owners, ops managers, and finance. You will quantify time saved (hours per bid), margin gained (material ordering discounts), and cash-flow improvements (instant financing) to justify multi-year commitments.
- • Negotiate complex contracts with legal, procurement, and security teams. You will redline MSAs, manage SOC-2 questionnaires, and structure ramped pricing so customers can scale seats without friction.
- • Mentor junior reps and SDRs. You will run weekly deal clinics, share call recordings, and build battle cards that shorten ramp time for new hires from 8 weeks to 4.
- • Represent Roofr at industry trade shows (IBS, Roofing Expo, FRSA). You will keynote breakout sessions, host happy hours, and generate a pipeline worth 3× event cost within 90 days.
- • Iterate on our sales motion. You will A/B test email copy, demo flows, and pricing tiers; report findings in Notion; and work with RevOps to automate the next winning playbook.
- • Champion customer success handoffs. You will draft 30-60-90-day success plans, introduce CSMs to power users, and schedule QBRs that secure renewals and expansions.
- • Live our values: Customer-Obsessed, Iterate Fast, Win Together. You will ship weekly “What I Learned from 10 Customer Calls” memos to the entire company and celebrate teammate wins louder than your own.
