- • As a Senior Account Executive for Mirakl Ads, you will be instrumental in driving the growth of Mirakl's innovative advertising solutions within the dynamic European market. This role is pivotal in empowering leading retailers and B2B organizations to effectively monetize their eCommerce web traffic and enhance value for advertisers, marketplace sellers, and publishers. You will operate at the forefront of the platform economy, leveraging Mirakl's cutting-edge technology to forge strategic partnerships and deliver exceptional results.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities will encompass the full spectrum of sales leadership. You will be tasked with developing and executing a robust go-to-market sales strategy for Mirakl Ads, meticulously aligned with ambitious quota expectations across your designated EMEA territory. This involves proactively identifying and engaging prospective clients, managing the entire sales cycle from initial contact through intricate technical validation, rigorous legal negotiations, and ultimately, successful contract closure to drive new customer acquisition. A significant part of your role will be to cultivate deep expertise in Mirakl Ads, positioning yourself as an indispensable, trusted advisor to clients on the multifaceted benefits, unique differentiators, and evolving market challenges within the retail media landscape. You will need to skillfully navigate complex organizational structures, establishing and nurturing enduring, high-value partnerships with key decision-makers at retailer organizations. Furthermore, you will be responsible for owning and sustaining a consistently strong and healthy sales pipeline, actively collaborating with internal cross-functional teams to advance opportunities through the sales funnel and ensure a seamless and positive client onboarding experience.
- • You will join Mirakl's dedicated EMEA Ads team, a high-performing group led by Octavie Gosselin, VP Ads. This collaborative unit comprises seven seasoned professionals, all focused on serving the diverse needs of the EMEA region. Together, the team is committed to a shared vision: empowering businesses to unlock new revenue streams and deliver enhanced value through innovative advertising and marketplace solutions. - • The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record of consistently exceeding sales quotas, particularly within the Retail Media or Marketplace SaaS solutions domain. A deep and nuanced understanding of the ad-tech ecosystem, including familiarity with DSPs, ad servers, APIs, and data-driven advertising solutions, is essential. You must demonstrate a strong ability to effectively prioritize your sales pipeline and strategically accelerate sales cycles to consistently meet and surpass quarterly targets. Experience in navigating complex business sales scenarios, where demonstrating a clear Return on Investment (ROI) and employing sophisticated solution-selling approaches are critical, is highly valued. Furthermore, exceptional negotiation and influencing skills are paramount, coupled with a demonstrated ability to build and maintain robust relationships across multiple stakeholder levels within client organizations. Your strategic sales planning capabilities will be key to developing effective territory management and account penetration strategies. A proactive approach to pipeline management ensures a continuous flow of opportunities, while strong stakeholder management skills enable you to build trust and drive consensus among diverse client teams. Ultimately, your success will be measured by your ability to consistently drive revenue growth and expand Mirakl's market share in the ad-tech space.
