- • Own and grow strategic customer relationships as the primary point of contact for executive stakeholders and technical teams within high-growth AI and enterprise verticals.
- • Drive revenue growth by accelerating adoption of Vultr’s AI infrastructure solutions—including Cloud Compute, Cloud GPU, Bare Metal, and Cloud Storage—through end-to-end sales cycles from initial engagement to scale-up.
- • Serve as a trusted advisor to co-founders, C-suite executives, and technical decision-makers by providing thought leadership on AI/ML trends, infrastructure optimization, and architectural best practices.
- • Understand customer business goals, technical requirements, and workload priorities to tailor Vultr’s value proposition and deliver customized infrastructure solutions that enable AI innovation.
- • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Management, Solutions Engineering, and Customer Success teams to align on product capabilities, roadmap feedback, and long-term customer success.
- • Maintain accurate and detailed sales activity data in CRM systems to ensure precise MRR forecasting and pipeline visibility.
- • Leverage the global AI partner ecosystem—including OEMs, cloud service providers, and channel partners—to co-sell, co-market, and enhance customer outcomes.
- • Engage actively within the AI developer and founder ecosystem to understand tooling, community dynamics, and buying behaviors that influence infrastructure procurement decisions.
- • Navigate complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles involving technical, financial, and operational decision-makers across large organizations.
- • Apply deep technical knowledge of data centers, servers, storage, GPUs, and cloud infrastructure to confidently engage in architectural discussions and translate product features into business value.
- • Maintain fluency in modern AI/ML workflows and GPU cloud environments to advise customers on deployment strategies, scalability, and cost-efficiency.
- • Demonstrate operational excellence by using Salesforce, Gong, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other sales enablement tools to manage pipeline, forecast accurately, and optimize outreach.
- • Represent Vultr as a market leader in AI infrastructure sales, contributing to the company’s mission of making high-performance cloud infrastructure accessible and affordable for global AI innovators.
🎯 Requirements
- • +9 Years of Account Management Experience in AI/ML or Related Technologies
- • Established Customer Network with key decision-makers at top-tier AI Native and Enterprise organizations
- • Deep Experience Working with Global OEMs, Cloud Service Providers, and Channel Partners
- • Subject Matter Expertise Across Data Center, Server, Storage, GPU, and Cloud Services
- • Strong Understanding of AI/ML Workflows, GPU Cloud Environments, and Modern Compute Infrastructure
- • Proficiency in Salesforce, Gong, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Other Modern Sales Tools
