  • • Senior Account Executive role focused on driving revenue growth by selling AI-powered ERP automation solutions to mid-market and enterprise clients across Europe.
  • • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting and discovery to negotiation and close, engaging senior decision-makers like CFOs, CIOs, and COOs to design tailored automation solutions.
  • • Build and execute territory plans, generate net-new pipeline through outbound efforts, partner motions, and referrals while maintaining rigorous pipeline hygiene and forecasting.
  • • Partner with Solutions Engineers and Customer Success teams to run technical workshops, ensure smooth implementation handoffs, and drive expansion opportunities.
  • • Position BLP’s end-to-end AI agent platform against point solutions by emphasizing its ability to automate complex finance, procurement, logistics, and sales processes with measurable ROI.
  • • Contribute to a fast-growing, self-financed SaaS scaleup spun out of ETH Zurich and HSG, serving 20,000+ daily active users across 40+ countries with a culture of ownership, transparency, and excellence.
  • • Develop expertise in enterprise sales methodologies like MEDDICC, value-based selling, and multi-threaded deal execution in complex B2B environments.
  • • Grow professionally through structured onboarding, ongoing coaching, and autonomy to shape your success path in a rapidly scaling international organization.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 5–10+ years of enterprise B2B SaaS selling experience or equivalent complex solution sales with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas.
  • • Demonstrated ability to lead insight-led enterprise sales cycles, including challenging customer assumptions, quantifying impact, and mobilizing multi-stakeholder buying committees.
  • • Strong executive presence and comfort engaging with C-suite leaders (CFO, CIO, Head of Shared Services) in enterprise procurement processes.
  • • Proficiency in managing complex, multi-threaded deals using frameworks like MEDDICC, including mutual action plans and disciplined forecasting.
  • • Fluency in English and German (or another major European language) to effectively engage clients across target markets.
