  • • As a Senior Account Executive (AE) based in Singapore, you will be instrumental in driving revenue growth across the dynamic Asia-Pacific (APAC) region. This is a pivotal player-coach role, offering comprehensive ownership of all revenue streams, irrespective of deal size or customer profile. You will not only be responsible for closing significant deals but also for cultivating profound product and industry expertise, thereby setting the benchmark for excellence within our expanding sales team.
  • • At Flagright, AEs are empowered to take full ownership of their sales craft. This involves meticulously managing the entire sales cycle, from initial discovery to successful closing, operating with a high degree of autonomy and requiring minimal supervision. You will be proactive in building and nurturing your sales pipeline, utilizing a strategic mix of inbound leads, outbound prospecting, and targeted market engagement, including regular travel across the APAC region for conferences, industry events, and direct customer interactions.
  • • Your primary responsibility will be revenue ownership, encompassing the entire sales cycle for a diverse range of clients, including fintechs, banks, and established financial institutions. This involves managing deals of varying complexities, from swift transactions with agile buyers to intricate, multi-stakeholder engagements with larger organizations. You will maintain a highly disciplined and conversion-focused pipeline, consistently driving towards achieving and exceeding revenue targets.
  • • Beyond new business acquisition, you will play a crucial role in fostering long-term customer relationships by identifying and executing expansion opportunities and upsells within existing accounts, ensuring sustained revenue growth and deepening Flagright's footprint.
  • • Pipeline and Market Development are critical components of this role. You will actively build a robust pipeline through a strategic blend of inbound lead conversion, targeted outbound prospecting, and proactive market engagement initiatives. This includes representing Flagright at key conferences, industry forums, and customer meetings throughout the APAC region, building visibility and generating qualified leads.
  • • Cultivating and leveraging your professional network within the regional fintech, banking, and compliance ecosystem is essential for success. You will be expected to build strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers across these sectors.
  • • Product and Industry Mastery are paramount. You will be expected to develop an in-depth understanding of Flagright's AI-native platform, its capabilities, and its application across core financial crime compliance use cases. This includes gaining a nuanced appreciation for how Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Financial Crime Compliance (FCC) teams operate in practice within institutions of varying sizes and complexities.
  • • You will independently conduct high-credibility product demonstrations, effectively showcasing the value proposition of Flagright's solutions. A key aspect of this mastery will be the ability to clearly articulate Flagright's competitive advantages against both established incumbent solutions and other modern market offerings.
  • • As a Player-Coach, you will set the gold standard for deal quality, the depth of discovery conducted, and the precision of demo execution. You will actively contribute to the development of junior Account Executives and Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) by providing constructive feedback through deal reviews and direct coaching, elevating the overall performance of the sales team.
  • • You will also play a vital role in refining our sales strategies by contributing to the improvement of sales messaging, objection handling techniques, and the development of internal sales playbooks, ensuring consistency and effectiveness across the team.
  • • Cross-Functional Collaboration is key to our success. You will work closely with our Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams throughout the evaluation and Proof of Concept (POC) phases of deals, ensuring a seamless customer experience and gathering critical insights.
  • • Furthermore, you will provide structured, actionable market and customer feedback to the Product team, directly influencing the future direction and roadmap of Flagright's platform, ensuring we remain at the cutting edge of compliance technology.
  • • This role demands a proactive, results-oriented individual who thrives in a high-performance, lean startup environment, ready to make a significant impact on Flagright's growth trajectory in the APAC region.
