  • As a Senior Account Executive focused on the Broker Channel, you will play an instrumental role in driving the growth and adoption of Arlo's innovative level-funded health plan solutions. This position is pivotal to our expansion strategy, requiring you to become a trusted educator and advocate for Arlo's offerings among health insurance brokers. Your primary responsibility will be to foster strong, collaborative relationships with brokers, enabling them to confidently present Arlo's value proposition to their clients and ultimately close deals.
  • Key responsibilities will encompass a broad spectrum of sales and relationship management activities. You will be tasked with proactively identifying and engaging potential broker partners within your assigned territory, meticulously educating them on the unique features and benefits of Arlo's level-funded plans. This involves not just presenting information, but deeply understanding their needs and demonstrating how Arlo can solve their clients' pain points. Building and nurturing these relationships will be paramount, ensuring Arlo remains top-of-mind for brokers seeking modern, effective health insurance solutions.
  • In terms of sales execution, you will be expected to consistently meet and exceed ambitious sales targets. This will be achieved through driving active broker engagement, providing them with the necessary tools and support to effectively communicate Arlo's value to their employer groups, and actively participating in client discussions when required to facilitate deal closure.
