- • Sell the Everbridge Critical Event Management (CEM) Platform to net new customers across the DACH region, with a primary focus on Germany.
- • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting and lead qualification to negotiation, closing, and onboarding of new enterprise accounts.
- • Identify and target key decision-makers in medium to large organizations across industries such as public sector, healthcare, transportation, and critical infrastructure.
- • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to penetrate new markets and expand Everbridge’s footprint in Germany.
- • Conduct product demonstrations, value-based presentations, and tailored solutions pitches to articulate the benefits of the CEM Platform for enterprise safety and critical event response.
- • Collaborate with marketing, customer success, and technical teams to align on target accounts, messaging, and customer adoption strategies.
- • Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records for all sales activities, pipeline forecasts, and customer interactions.
- • Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas for new business acquisition in the assigned territory.
- • Build and nurture long-term relationships with prospects and clients to drive customer retention and expansion opportunities.
- • Stay informed on industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory requirements impacting enterprise safety and communications solutions in Germany.
- • Participate in regional and global sales meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews to ensure alignment with company goals and sales methodologies.
- • Leverage existing customer references, case studies, and sales collateral to strengthen credibility and accelerate deal progression.
- • Work independently as a remote sales professional with minimal supervision while maintaining high accountability for results.
- • Represent Everbridge professionally at industry events, webinars, and networking functions to increase brand visibility and generate qualified leads.
- • Coordinate with legal, finance, and contract teams to ensure smooth contract execution and compliance with regional business practices.
- • Continuously refine sales approach based on feedback, market response, and performance analytics to improve conversion rates and deal velocity.
