  • • As a Senior Account Executive, Enterprise at Fivetran, you will drive revenue growth by selling enterprise-grade data pipeline solutions to leading organizations in Retail, Consumer Goods, and Travel industries across the UK and Ireland, directly contributing to Fivetran’s mission of making data access as simple and reliable as electricity.
  • • You will own the full sales cycle—from prospecting and discovery to negotiation and closing—while maintaining a consultative, customer-first approach, consistently achieving quarterly revenue targets and accurately forecasting your pipeline using Salesforce and Clari.
  • • You will build and nurture strategic relationships with C-level executives, IT leaders, and technical users, partnering with technology partners and GSIs to expand pipeline opportunities and ensure alignment with customer business outcomes.
  • • You will collaborate closely with internal teams including Customer Success, Product, Marketing, and Engineering to ensure seamless onboarding, adoption, and long-term success for enterprise clients, acting as the trusted voice of the customer within Fivetran.
  • • You will participate in Fivetran’s mandatory one-week, in-person Revenue Bootcamp during your second week, held at a designated company location (requiring travel), to accelerate your ramp-up on Fivetran’s technology, sales methodology, and enterprise sales motion.
  • • You will continuously develop your expertise in value selling technical solutions, mastering MEDDIC, articulating complex data integration concepts simply, and demonstrating high accountability and growth mindset in a fast-paced, high-performance sales environment.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Proven track record in enterprise SaaS sales, consistently achieving or exceeding quota in complex, long-cycle sales environments
  • • Demonstrated expertise in value-based selling of technical products, with ability to translate technical capabilities into clear business outcomes for C-suite and technical stakeholders
  • • Strong proficiency in MEDDIC sales methodology and experience using Salesforce, Clari, Gong, and similar sales enablement tools
  • • Excellent collaboration and virtual team leadership skills, with proven ability to work cross-functionally with Customer Success, Product, and Engineering teams
  • • Growth mindset, high accountability, and exceptional communication skills—able to articulate complex ideas simply and build trust-based relationships at scale
