- • As a Senior Account Executive, Enterprise at Veeam Software Group GmbH, you will drive revenue growth by developing and closing business with private sector accounts in your assigned territory, leveraging partner relationships to accelerate sales opportunities and support the company’s mission of securing data and enabling safe AI adoption at scale.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include conducting cold calls to generate new mid-market and enterprise opportunities, collaborating with channel partners to identify and close deals, upselling and cross-selling to existing customers, forecasting sales activity in Salesforce, and coordinating marketing initiatives within your territory to support pipeline development.
- • Veeam is a global leader in data resilience and data security posture management, protecting over 550,000 customers worldwide with headquarters in Seattle and operations in more than 30 countries; the company is committed to innovation, employee growth, and making a measurable impact for major global brands through its Data and AI Trust Company vision.
- • In this role, you will refine your enterprise sales expertise, master complex sales cycles involving channel and direct motions, deepen your knowledge of virtualization and data protection technologies, and achieve measurable performance against quota while contributing to Veeam’s expansion in the DACH region.
🎯 Requirements
- • Enterprise sales experience with a proven track record of selling to IT infrastructure specialists in the private market
- • Experience selling through channel partners and comfort managing partner-led sales motions
- • Ability to cold call, prospect, and develop new sales opportunities in mid-market and high-segment accounts
- • Self-starter mindset with high energy, adaptability to fast-changing environments, and comfort with frequent travel (at least 50% of time)
- • Business proficiency in both German and English, plus a valid driver’s license
- • Familiarity with virtualization technology vendors is a plus
