- • Veeam is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Senior Account Executive, Enterprise, to join our dynamic sales team. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in driving business growth by developing and closing significant deals within the private sector. You will operate at the forefront of data and AI trust, ensuring organizations can safely accelerate their AI initiatives at scale by leveraging Veeam's market-leading solutions in data resilience and data security posture management. This position is crucial for expanding Veeam's footprint and solidifying our position as the go-to company for comprehensive data protection and AI risk mitigation. You will be a key player in helping our clients navigate the complexities of modern data landscapes, ensuring their data is fully understood, secured, and resilient.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities will encompass a broad range of sales activities designed to achieve and exceed targets. A primary focus will be on developing and closing new business within your assigned list of private sector accounts. You will achieve this by strategically collaborating with our valued partner sales community, identifying opportunities, nurturing leads, accelerating sales cycles, and driving up-sell and cross-sell initiatives within existing accounts. A significant part of your role will involve proactive outreach, including cold calling to engage with a substantial number of new mid-market and high-segment accounts, building pipeline, and establishing strong relationships. You will also be responsible for managing and forecasting your sales pipeline accurately within Salesforce, ensuring all account and opportunity details are meticulously maintained. Furthermore, you will play an active role in territory development by proposing, coordinating, and participating in marketing activities, further enhancing Veeam's presence and generating demand within your assigned region.
