  • • We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Account Executive to join our dynamic team, based remotely in Austin, TX. This pivotal role focuses on selling a comprehensive portfolio of Microsoft Solutions Services to a blended client base encompassing both Enterprise and State & Local Government (SLG) sectors. This hybrid sales position is ideal for a seasoned seller adept at navigating the intricacies of large enterprise sales motions while also understanding the unique requirements and compliance landscapes of regulated public sector environments. You will be instrumental in shaping and delivering solutions, moving beyond transactional sales to build strategic, long-term partnerships.
  • • In this high-impact role, you will be responsible for driving significant growth across a diverse territory. You will cultivate strong, collaborative relationships with Microsoft field teams, Quisitive delivery leaders, and key senior stakeholders within customer organizations. This position offers exceptional ownership, visibility, and influence, allowing you to make a substantial contribution to our company's success and our clients' digital journeys.
  • • Your primary responsibilities will include leading the entire sales lifecycle for both Enterprise and SLG customers. This involves developing and meticulously executing strategic account and territory plans designed to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities. You will be tasked with driving new logo acquisition, aggressively expanding relationships within existing accounts, and positioning Quisitive as a trusted advisor to C-suite executives and other senior decision-makers.
  • • A crucial aspect of this role is the ability to effectively co-sell with Microsoft field sellers, leveraging joint go-to-market strategies to maximize opportunities. You will play a key role in guiding the response to Requests for Proposals (RFPs), developing compelling pricing strategies, and crafting persuasive proposals that clearly articulate the value proposition of Quisitive's Microsoft Solutions Services. Furthermore, you will be accountable for diligent pipeline management, accurate forecasting, and the seamless execution of deals from inception to closure.
  • • We are looking for a candidate with a proven history of success in selling technology solutions, specifically Microsoft Services, into Enterprise and/or SLG customer segments. A strong understanding of complex, multi-stage buying cycles is essential, as is the confidence and ability to engage effectively with senior stakeholders. You should possess a growth mindset, an owner's mentality, and a demonstrated track record of consistently exceeding ambitious sales quotas. Experience in a Microsoft Systems Integrator environment is highly desirable, as are existing relationships within the Microsoft field ecosystem. Familiarity with key Microsoft technologies such as Azure, Security, Copilot, Fabric, and emerging AI solutions will be a significant advantage, as will prior experience navigating SLG compliance frameworks.   • • 5–10+ years of experience selling technology solutions, specifically Microsoft Services, into Enterprise and/or State & Local Government (SLG) customers.
  • • Demonstrated experience consistently carrying and selling against an annual quota of $8M+.
  • • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
  • • Strong understanding of complex buying cycles and experience engaging with senior stakeholders.
  • • Experience with a Microsoft Systems Integrator.
