  • A primary responsibility will be achieving revenue targets, specifically Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR), and actively managing sales activities to foster the growth of your assigned region.
  • You will proactively identify and acquire new clients, primarily doctors and healthcare practices, demonstrating a deep understanding of their unique needs and challenges.
  • Act as a concept consultant, analyzing client requirements in detail to demonstrate how Doctolib's innovative product can deliver genuine, tangible value and solve their specific pain points.
  • Leverage your expertise to build strong, lasting relationships with clients, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor in their digital transformation journey.
  • Regularly track and report on your sales performance and forecasts using Salesforce, meticulously measuring your success and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans tailored to your region, ensuring alignment with Doctolib's overall growth objectives.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge and continuously refine your sales approach.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal teams, including marketing and customer success, to ensure a cohesive client experience and maximize customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare compelling presentations and product demonstrations that clearly articulate the benefits and value proposition of Doctolib's solutions.
  • Negotiate contract terms and pricing to achieve mutually beneficial agreements that drive long-term partnerships.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of sales processes and methodologies by providing feedback and insights based on your field experience.

🎯 Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in a field sales or external sales role, ideally within the B2B sector.
  • Excellent hunting and pitching skills, with a proven track record of acquiring new clients and closing deals.
  • High energy level, a genuine passion for selling, and a confident, positive, and professional demeanor.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, results-oriented approach, and strong organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, with fluent written and spoken German (minimum C1 level).
  • Valid driver's license (Class B).
  • Previous experience in the healthcare or e-health sector is a plus.
