🎯 Requirements
- • Proven track record of success in enterprise software sales, specifically within the Life Sciences (Biotech, Pharma, Medical Devices) sector, with a minimum of 5 years of experience as an Account Executive or similar role.
- • Demonstrated ability to manage and close complex, full-cycle sales processes, consistently meeting or exceeding quotas in a B2B SaaS environment.
- • Strong understanding of the Life Sciences R&D lifecycle, intellectual property landscape, and the challenges faced by innovation-driven organizations.
- • Excellent consultative selling, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior-level stakeholders (e.g., VPs of R&D, Chief Scientific Officers, Heads of IP).
- • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and entrepreneurial startup environment.
- • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Life Sciences, Business, Marketing); advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus.
