📋 Description
- • Develop a deep understanding of customer business needs to deliver value through ServiceMax’s cloud-based software solutions for field service operations
- • Define and drive comprehensive account strategies in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to address customer challenges and drive growth
- • Create and execute an Account Playbook that implements a ‘go high / go low’ enterprise sales strategy targeting key decision-makers across multiple levels
- • Maintain and expand a robust pipeline of enterprise opportunities to ensure predictable and consistent revenue outcomes
- • Build and manage multi-year account plans that align global functions including Marketing, Product Management, Sales, Professional Services, and Development teams
- • Lead the implementation of economic value selling methodologies across customer organizations to articulate ROI and drive deal closure
- • Prospect and cultivate relationships with senior line-of-business and IT executives within enterprise accounts to identify expansion opportunities
- • Manage sales activities on a monthly cadence with precision, leveraging metrics and data to forecast and adjust pipeline priorities
- • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to drive strategic account expansion and retention
- • Anticipate customer objections and proactively develop tailored solutions to overcome resistance and advance the sales cycle
- • Travel up to 30% of the time to engage with customers in person across the Midwest region of the USA
- • Collaborate closely with PTC and ServiceMax ecosystems to ensure alignment on go-to-market strategies and customer success initiatives
- • Demonstrate a customer-obsessed mindset with a passion for winning together through team collaboration and high-performance accountability
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of proven track record as an Account Executive selling SaaS Enterprise Software
- • Ability to work remotely from the Midwest region of the USA
- • Willingness to travel approximately 30% of the time for customer engagements
- • Positive attitude and strong aptitude for high-performing sales environments
- • Demonstrated ability to build relationships with senior enterprise executives (line-of-business and IT)
- • Organized, detailed, and metrics-driven approach to managing the full sales cycle from appointment to close

- • Anticipated annual salary range of $250,000 - $275,000 (including base and on-target incentive compensation)
