📋 Description
- • Senior Account Executive role focused on owning revenue across Europe for Flagright, an AI operating system for financial crime compliance used by Fortune 500 companies, banks, fintechs, and startups.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include owning the full sales cycle end-to-end, closing deals with financial institutions, building pipeline through inbound/outbound efforts, traveling across Europe for conferences and customer meetings, developing deep product and industry expertise, and coaching junior AEs and BDRs to elevate team performance.
- • Flagright operates as a lean, high-performance team with direct access to leadership, high individual ownership, and a focus on execution in the fight against financial crime using real-time risk detection and automated investigations.
- • The role offers the opportunity to master complex enterprise sales in fintech/compliance, influence product direction through customer feedback, set execution standards for the sales team, and grow professionally in a high-bar, low-bureaucracy environment with equity from day one.
