- • Serve as the primary point of contact for enterprise clients or client lead for scale accounts, managing integrated social-first client relationships across organic social, paid social, influencer, creator, and content production workstreams.
- • Lead day-to-day management of social campaigns, ensuring alignment between client business objectives and Jellyfish’s social solutions including brand positioning, audience behaviours, and performance KPIs.
- • Build and maintain trusted client relationships by deeply understanding client goals and translating them into actionable briefs for cross-functional teams including Strategy, Creative, Production, Paid Media, Influencer, Community Management, and Analytics.
- • Drive account growth by proactively identifying and introducing new social products, services, creator partnerships, innovation initiatives, and platform solutions to expand client scope and revenue.
- • Clearly articulate the impact of social campaigns by demonstrating measurable outcomes in engagement, reach, brand relevance, and performance to clients and stakeholders.
- • Capture and maintain comprehensive client recaps, meeting notes, status updates, and next steps with clear accountability and ownership.
- • Partner with Integrated Production and Project Management teams to manage timelines, workflows, approvals, and delivery schedules for all social deliverables.
- • Ensure seamless coordination across multiple internal teams including Social Strategy, Creative, Design, Production, Creator & Influencer, Community Management, and Paid Social to deliver high-quality, platform-native content.
- • Champion innovation by staying ahead of social platform trends, creator economy developments, emerging technologies, and evolving audience behaviours to inform campaign strategy.
- • Confidently present campaign updates, performance insights, strategic recommendations, and innovation opportunities directly to clients and internal stakeholders.
- • Monitor and own client health metrics including profitability, net revenue growth, NPS, project evaluations, and client satisfaction scores.
- • Take full ownership of client renewals and contribute to long-term account retention and growth strategies.
- • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client data, forecasting, scopes, and commercial information within Salesforce.
- • Implement and uphold best-in-class client management practices by consistently maintaining playbooks, financial trackers, status documents, and reporting processes.
- • Support campaign reporting by collaborating with analytics and strategy teams to interpret social performance data and convert it into actionable client recommendations.
- • Identify and drive operational improvements to enhance efficiency, collaboration, scalability, and profitability across social workflows.
- • Mentor and support junior Client Management team members, elevating social and client management best practices through guidance and knowledge sharing.
- • Assist in onboarding and training new hires through structured onboarding plans and active participation in knowledge transfer initiatives.
- • Promote a culture of collaboration, creativity, innovation, and shared success within the Client Management team and across the wider agency.
- • Act as a role model by demonstrating professionalism, accountability, and commitment to excellence in all client interactions and internal processes.
- • Identify and escalate potential risks or challenges proactively, collaborating with Directors and Client Partners to develop and implement effective resolutions.
🎯 Requirements
- • 4+ years of agency, client-side, platform, or social media experience
- • Demonstrated experience managing integrated social campaigns and client relationships
- • Experience working across organic social, paid social, influencer, creator, and content production workstreams
- • Strong understanding of social reporting, analytics, and performance measurement
- • Experience using Google Workspace or Microsoft Office tools (Slides, Sheets, Docs, etc.)
- • Comfortable working in fast-paced, matrixed environments with multiple stakeholders and priorities
