- • Serve as the primary strategic partner and day-to-day point of contact for PSA Vault’s most innovative Digital Repacker clients, ensuring alignment between their digital product roadmaps and PSA’s 3PL infrastructure.
- • Lead the technical onboarding of new clients by collaborating with Product and Technology teams to implement and configure API integrations that connect client digital storefronts to the PSA Vault system.
- • Manage the inbound inventory funnel for clients, optimizing the flow of collectibles from acquisition to vaulting to meet their specific speed, volume, and operational requirements.
- • Act as the internal "Agent of Forecast," translating client launch calendars, marketing campaigns, and growth plans into accurate volume projections for Operations and Labor teams to ensure adequate staffing and capacity planning.
- • Own the end-to-end invoicing process for your client portfolio, including data collection for custom 3PL billing, auditing usage fees, and ensuring timely payment collection and reconciliation.
- • Advocate for client needs across cross-functional teams including Product, Data, and Customer Support to drive product improvements and operational efficiency that support client growth.
- • Identify and pursue opportunities for clients to adopt additional PSA services, increasing retention and deepening their integration within the PSA ecosystem.
- • Maintain a deep understanding of both the technical aspects of API-based logistics systems and the business objectives of digital repackaging founders and stakeholders, acting as a bridge between technical and non-technical teams.
- • Monitor and analyze operational metrics, shipping manifests, and billing data to proactively identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, or growth opportunities within client workflows.
- • Ensure seamless coordination between client expectations and PSA Vault’s physical logistics capabilities, recognizing that digital business success depends on physical throughput accuracy and timeliness.
- • Maintain organized documentation of client integrations, billing structures, and operational agreements to support scalability and internal knowledge transfer.
- • Participate in hybrid work requirements by being onsite at the New Castle, DE office most of the time, unless otherwise approved during the recruitment process.
🎯 Requirements
- • 7 or more years of experience in B2B Account Management, SaaS Implementation, or 3PL Logistics Management
- • Proven ability to manage technical onboarding processes involving API integrations and system configurations
- • Strong analytical and organizational skills to handle complex billing data, API documentation, and shipping manifests
- • Experience bridging communication between technical teams (developers) and non-technical stakeholders (founders, business owners)
- • Demonstrated ability to forecast operational demand based on client growth plans and marketing calendars
- • Deep understanding of supply chain logistics, particularly in warehousing and inventory throughput environments
