- • Senior Account Manager role focused on growing and retaining key customer accounts in the rewards and incentives industry, driving revenue expansion and strategic partnerships.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include owning and growing a portfolio of key accounts, developing strategic account plans, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities, building relationships with senior stakeholders, leading renewals and negotiations, partnering with technical and product teams, acting as the voice of the customer, and maintaining performance tracking via CRM systems.
- • Tillo Limited is a market leader in rewards and incentives, operating in over 37 markets and 25 currencies, processing billions in gift card transactions through a single API, backed by Tenzing, with a hybrid work model based in London and Hove offices.
- • The role offers the opportunity to develop strategic account management skills, influence product development through customer insights, exceed revenue targets, build long-term partnerships with global brands, and grow professionally in a collaborative, innovative, and inclusive environment.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience in B2B Account Management, ideally within gift card and rewards, SaaS, payments, fintech, or related sectors
- • Strong track record of growing key accounts and exceeding revenue targets
- • Confident in commercial conversations and negotiations, with ability to influence senior stakeholders
- • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both virtual and in-person
- • Comfortable working with technical products and translating complex concepts into clear customer value
- • Data-driven mindset with ability to analyse performance and identify growth opportunities
