- • Serve as the primary representative to customers’ organizations, building and maintaining strong relationships across local, regional, and national markets.
- • Manage and promptly resolve customer concerns while ensuring all interactions are accurately recorded and tracked in accordance with corporate procedures.
- • Verify product installations and confirm the accuracy and completeness of all associated paperwork.
- • Sell technical products and services, including training customers on technical specifications, program requirements, and communicating program updates.
- • Develop and execute strategies to drive increased savings acquisition for energy efficiency programs.
- • Collaborate with engineering and program teams to research and analyze current and future technical specifications and requirements.
- • Prepare accurate sales forecasts based on market analysis and customer engagement data.
- • Troubleshoot technical issues, determine solutions aligned with product and customer specifications, and recommend appropriate resolutions.
- • Maintain and expand current accounts while developing new accounts to meet large kWh and/or revenue goals across multiple programs, including cross-practice relationships.
- • Act as the on-site program and company representative to customers and contractors, encouraging program participation and overcoming adoption barriers.
- • Design and deliver customized proposals to meet client needs and program objectives.
- • Document all customer and contractor interactions to comply with program requirements and provide regular status updates to internal program staff.
- • Provide technical advice, guidance, and training on installation, adaptation, configuration, or enhancement of products in alignment with client specifications.
- • Travel extensively throughout a defined territory with large geographic reach to serve high-tier clients.
🎯 Requirements
- • 4-6 years of relevant industry experience
- • Bachelor’s degree preferred
- • Must reside in Michigan
- • Relevant industry certifications may substitute for work experience
- • Must be authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship
- • Must meet DOT qualification requirements if applicable
