- • Senior Account Manager role focused on managing brand and promotion campaigns within the healthcare advertising sector, responsible for delivering profitable projects and driving organic growth for clients in the UK market.
- • Lead smaller accounts (£50,000-80,000 revenue) independently or support Senior Account Directors on larger accounts, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and high-quality output across creative, digital, and client services teams.
- • Manage day-to-day client liaison, weekly status reporting, resource planning, and financial tracking including budget vs. actuals, PO processing, and revenue recognition to maintain project profitability and client satisfaction.
- • Oversee quality control processes, coordinate cross-functional workflows via Click-Ups, and ensure compliance with healthcare advertising standards, data protection, and ethical business practices.
- • Coach junior team members, identify organic growth opportunities within existing accounts, and pursue new business through prior contacts while adhering to company policies and financial governance.
- • Operate in a remote-first UK-based role with optional access to Salisbury or London offices, contributing to a growing international agency focused on precision medicine and healthcare communications.
- • Develop expertise in healthcare advertising financials, client servicing models, and integrated campaign management while building leadership and strategic account planning capabilities.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3-5 years’ experience in advertising, preferably within a healthcare advertising agency environment
- • Demonstrated experience working across global, regional, and domestic markets with ability to adapt strategies to different geographies and organisational structures
- • Exceptional communication and leadership skills
