- • As a Senior Account Manager at 829 Studios, you will be the cornerstone of our client relationships, serving as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for a portfolio of B2B, B2C, and D2C clients. This pivotal role demands a blend of strategic thinking, hands-on execution, and exceptional communication skills to drive the success of digital marketing programs across diverse channels. - • Your core responsibility will be to act as a client-facing consultant, expertly identifying opportunities, developing robust digital marketing strategies, and overseeing the seamless execution of campaigns. This involves a deep dive into each client's unique business objectives, industry landscape, and target audience to craft tailored approaches that deliver measurable results.
- • You will own or significantly support the strategic direction for at least 80% of your assigned accounts, working collaboratively with clients and internal teams to foster consistent success. This includes leading multiple accounts simultaneously, offering insightful strategic counsel, and providing invaluable mentorship and direction to junior team members, nurturing their growth and development.
- • A key aspect of this role is ensuring consistent account performance against all defined Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). You will be responsible for communicating results effectively, providing insightful analysis, and proactively identifying areas for optimization and growth. This requires a keen eye for data and the ability to translate complex information into actionable insights for clients.
- • Project management is central to your success. You will meticulously manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables, ensuring that all client projects are completed accurately and on schedule. - • The financial health of your accounts will be under your purview. This includes accurate forecasting, diligent budgeting, and timely invoicing, ensuring profitability and client satisfaction.
- • Building and maintaining strong, enduring relationships with key stakeholders within client organizations, including senior-level executives and decision-makers, is crucial. Your ability to foster trust and demonstrate value will be key to long-term partnerships.

🎯 Requirements
- • Minimum of 5 - 7 years of experience in marketing account management, preferably within a digital agency setting.
- • Strong, demonstrated knowledge of digital marketing tactics, including SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
- • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
- • Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines, and driving revenue growth and long-term client relationships.
