- • As a Senior Account Manager in the Life Sciences practice, you will manage client relationships and service processes for property and casualty clients, playing a vital role in supporting clients dedicated to advancing the greater good in life science, biotechnology, digital healthcare, and telemedicine.
- • You will independently prepare for and conduct client meetings, manage RFPs and renewals, develop service calendars, conduct risk identification and program design, participate in prospecting and carrier activities, and serve as a subject matter expert while keeping abreast of industry trends and evolving specializations.
- • You will join Newfront’s Life Science & Digital Healthcare Practice, a collaborative team committed to excellence and teamwork, where you’ll support clients advancing global health and innovation while working remotely or hybrid across the U.S. with travel required for client and insurer visits.
- • You will develop leadership skills by potentially training and mentoring junior team members, enhance expertise in niche insurance sectors, and drive process improvements while contributing to strategic planning and continuous optimization in a fast-paced, values-driven organization.
🎯 Requirements
- • Minimum of 5+ years of Property and Casualty insurance experience
- • Resident Property and Casualty Insurance License required
- • In-Depth Knowledge of Life Science, Biotechnology, Digital Healthcare and/or Telemedicine industry verticals highly preferred
- • Exceptional communicator with advanced skills in written, verbal, and presentation formats, including public speaking
- • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to quickly master new technologies
- • Effective team leader with experience training, delegating, and providing constructive feedback
