• • The Senior Account Manager is responsible for sales, strategic account planning, and overall relationship management for target customers and a specific geographic territory in Manitoba and Saskatchewan, driving revenue through the sale of communications technology, software, and services that enhance mission-critical operations for public safety and enterprise clients.
• • Day to day, the role involves developing and implementing comprehensive sales plans for target accounts, assembling and coordinating internal and external sales teams to assess customer needs, acting as a trusted advisor to influence technology decisions, proactively identifying large project opportunities, leading channel partner engagements, and building strong relationships with key decision-makers in public safety and adjacent sectors.
