  • • As a Senior Account Manager at Real Chemistry, you will serve as the key day-to-day client contact, managing relationships and overseeing the delivery of medium to large healthcare communications projects, acting as a client account lead or captain depending on account size.
  • • You will lead project execution from start to finish, anticipate client needs, manage expectations, formulate strategies with support from your account lead, and provide confident counsel—including challenging conversations—while ensuring programme momentum continues even when the account lead is absent.
  • • You will begin developing your leadership style by coaching and mentoring junior team members, line managing at least one accounts team member (AA–SAA), supporting interviews, and inspiring your team through professional values and empowerment.
  • • You will gain experience in financial management by developing integrated programme budgets, tracking resource use, coaching others on budgeting, supporting invoicing and forecasting, and attending month-end finance meetings—all while maintaining accurate timesheets and expense claims.
  • • You will contribute to business development by identifying organic growth opportunities within existing accounts, selling new ideas to clients, and playing a management role in new business processes such as pitch presentations and supplier coordination.

  • • Relevant degree in a scientific subject
  • • Excellent business communication skills, including presentation and writing abilities
  • • Experience with Microsoft Office tools (PowerPoint, Word, and Excel)
  • • Must have Medical Education experience; integrated experience preferred
  • • Experience coaching and mentoring junior team members
  • • Ability to develop solutions to client needs with a track record of high-quality deliverables on schedule and on budget
