- • As a Senior Account Manager at Real Chemistry, you will serve as the key day-to-day client contact, managing relationships and overseeing the delivery of medium to large healthcare communications projects, acting as a client account lead or captain depending on account size.
- • Your daily responsibilities include leading client updates, anticipating needs, managing expectations, formulating strategies, coaching junior team members, managing budgets, supporting business development, and ensuring project momentum even when the account lead is absent.
- • Real Chemistry is a global healthcare communications and marketing agency driven by scientific expertise, human-centred creativity, and AI-driven insights, serving top pharmaceutical and biotech clients with a culture rooted in being 'Best Together' and 'Impact-Obsessed'.
- • In this role, you will develop your leadership style, gain experience in strategic planning and financial management of accounts, coach and mentor junior staff, and grow your ability to manage up and down while contributing to agency-wide initiatives and hybrid work practices.
🎯 Requirements
- • Relevant degree in a scientific subject
- • Excellent business communication skills, including presentation and writing
- • Experience with Microsoft Office tools (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
- • Must have Medical Education experience; integrated experience preferred
- • Experience coaching and mentoring junior team members
- • Ability to develop solutions to client needs with high-quality, on-schedule, on-budget deliverables
