- • The Senior Account Manager of Product Vendor Membership (PVM) is a key role within the Sales and Business Services department on the Technology Partnerships team at the Center for Internet Security, Inc. (CIS), reporting to the Director of Technology Partnerships. This position is responsible for managing a portfolio of product vendor partners, serving as their primary relationship owner, and driving deep engagement, product content adoption, and technical integration to ensure ongoing satisfaction and uncover new value-adding and cross-selling opportunities across CIS programs and services.
- • Day to day, the role involves building, expanding, and maintaining trust-based relationships with product vendor partners across business and technical levels; conducting structured account reviews and roadmap discussions; acting as the primary CIS point of contact for exceptional service and responsiveness; deeply understanding the CIS content portfolio (including CIS Controls, CIS Benchmarks, CIS-CAT, CIS WorkBench, automations, and integrations) to guide partners on effective adoption; supporting integration planning and technical enablement by coordinating cross-functional resources; tracking partner integration progress, usage, and alignment; proactively identifying opportunities to increase value through new use cases, expanded content utilization, or alignment with strategic initiatives; surfacing trends and partner insights to inform program enhancements; collaborating with Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams to advocate for partner needs; identifying and qualifying growth opportunities across additional CIS products and services; managing renewal conversations and accurate forecasting in Salesforce; maintaining comprehensive account documentation; monitoring and mitigating partner risk; representing CIS at industry events; and contributing to case studies and promotional efforts.

- • In this role, the individual will develop advanced expertise in cybersecurity frameworks and technical integrations, strengthen strategic account management and consultative selling skills, gain deep exposure to enterprise technology ecosystems, enhance cross-functional collaboration abilities, and contribute directly to revenue growth and partner satisfaction while advancing a mission critical to global digital safety.
