• • Day-to-day responsibilities include owning a strategic portfolio of top SMB clients, conducting consultative growth conversations, delivering data-driven Quarterly Business Reviews, advocating for product adoption, identifying friction points, leading cross-functional initiatives, and balancing high-touch client management with operational improvements.
