- • Senior Account Operations Manager responsible for owning a portfolio of customer accounts and serving as the primary commercial point of contact across the full quote-to-cash lifecycle, ensuring smooth renewals and strong customer experience.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include managing renewal cadence, conducting health checks, reviewing usage-to-contract, preparing quotes and order forms, negotiating contracts, routing agreements via DocuSign, and maintaining accurate Salesforce records.
- • Operates within Sift’s Field Finance Operations organization, supporting enterprise, mid-market, and scale segments while partnering with Deal Desk, Legal, RevOps, Finance, Sales, Support, and Professional Services teams.
- • Opportunity to drive operational scale by introducing AI-assisted workflows, automation, and playbooks to improve account health approaches, standardize processes, and enhance customer retention through data-driven insights and continuous improvement.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience considered
- • 5+ years of experience in account operations, renewals, deal desk, sales operations, or customer commercial operations in B2B SaaS
- • Hands-on experience in Salesforce with strong discipline around data hygiene, opportunity management, and reporting
- • Strong working knowledge of SaaS commercial constructs including subscriptions, usage-based pricing, order forms, amendments, MSAs, and renewal processes
- • Proven ability to work cross-functionally with Support, Professional Services, Sales, Customer Success, Deal Desk, Legal, RevOps, Finance, and Product
- • Comfort working with product usage data, APIs, account health signals, and customer configuration details to inform strategy
- • Strong systems orientation and enthusiasm for AI-driven process improvement, workflow automation, and scalable operating models
