  • • Our unique methodology, Customer Generation, focuses on driving tangible outcomes like Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) and actual Customers, moving beyond traditional metrics such as Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs). This role, reporting directly to the Associate Director, is integral to the success of our social media team and offers a unique chance to be a foundational member of a fast-paced, specialized agency.
  • • As a Senior LinkedIn Strategist, you will engage directly with our mid-market and enterprise clients. Your responsibilities will encompass leading client communications, developing bespoke strategies tailored to their unique business objectives, and executing high-quality Paid Media deliverables. This role provides an invaluable opportunity to hone your expertise in crafting high-performing social media strategies, with a particular emphasis on LinkedIn and Meta, specifically for B2B businesses.
  • • Key responsibilities include overseeing and managing a portfolio of social media accounts, serving as the primary point of contact and direct support for client stakeholders. You will be responsible for fostering strong relationships with vendors and operational partners, ensuring seamless collaboration, high work quality, and continuous improvement in our operational dynamics.
  • • A core function of this role is the strategic development of client roadmaps on a quarterly basis. This involves the creation, meticulous maintenance, and ongoing optimization of budgets for paid media campaigns to ensure maximum return on investment. You will also provide fractional support for internal marketing initiatives, contributing to the growth and success of our boutique agency.
  • • A deep understanding of each client's unique market positioning and value proposition is paramount. You will ensure the accuracy of lead routing within CRM systems, maintaining data integrity and supporting sales enablement. Personal productivity and efficient utilization of resources are critical for success in this role.
  • • You will collaborate closely with the Associate Director to ensure both internal agency goals and client objectives are consistently met and exceeded. A nuanced understanding of the value and application of Programmatic campaigns within a broader media strategy is also expected.
  • • This role is instrumental in driving cross-sells, upsells, and referrals through the cultivation of strong client relationships and the strategic leveraging of your professional network. You will be responsible for the hands-on execution and optimization of advertising campaigns within LinkedIn, including crafting compelling ad copy, developing targeted audience segments (TAM development), and implementing precise targeting strategies to maximize ROI.
  • • Success in this role is defined by your ability to embody our core values in all interactions, effectively manage a portfolio of approximately five mid-tier and enterprise accounts, and consistently meet or exceed department-level Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Your primary KPIs will revolve around client North Star Metrics (NSMs) and client satisfaction scores, fostering trust and building relationships that lead to consistent renewals and organic growth. You will proactively identify and propose cross-selling opportunities that align with client goals, clearly communicate campaign results to client contacts and executives, and demonstrate exceptional decision-making capabilities regarding strategic account direction. Your commitment to quality and a passion for driving measurable advertising success will be evident in your work.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 4+ years of experience in a performance/digital marketing agency setting, with demonstrable hands-on experience supporting B2B clients.
  • • Deep expertise across paid social advertising campaigns, with a specific and strong focus on LinkedIn Ads, including understanding of various ad units (e.g., conversation ads, document ads, CTV).
  • • Proficiency in utilizing advertising platforms and tools such as LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Zoominfo, 6Sense, and other relevant analytics and CRM platforms.
  • • Proven ability to analyze campaign performance data using tools like Google Analytics, GA4, Excel, or similar platforms to make data-driven decisions and optimize campaign performance.
