- • Own the monthly close cycle for Bellota Labs’ global entities, producing accurate, GAAP-compliant financial statements that senior leadership trusts to steer ClubWPT Gold and future product lines.
- • Lead end-to-end reconciliation of multi-currency, multi-gateway payment streams from 20+ PSPs and gaming platforms, investigating variances down to the transaction level and clearing aged items within five business days.

🎯 Requirements
- • Professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent) and at least 3 years of hands-on experience with high-volume reconciliations and budgeting.
- • Expert-level Excel skills including pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Power Query, and macro development; familiarity with ERP and accounting systems.
- • Demonstrated exposure to iGaming or PSP reconciliation workflows is a strong plus.
- • Meticulous attention to detail with proven ability to identify, investigate, and resolve data discrepancies quickly and accurately.
- • Strong written and verbal communication skills enabling clear presentation of financial insights to both finance and non-finance stakeholders.
