- • Stedi, Inc. is at the forefront of revolutionizing the healthcare industry by building a cutting-edge healthcare clearinghouse. We are committed to modernizing the exchange of critical healthcare transactions, such as claims, eligibility checks, prior authorizations, and remittances, which are mandated by HIPAA to be processed using the standardized X12 HIPAA format. Unlike legacy clearinghouses that dominate the market, Stedi offers a unique, programmable approach, integrating modern API interfaces with traditional real-time and batch EDI processes. This innovative model empowers both healthcare technology businesses and established industry players to seamlessly exchange vital information, distinguishing us through our advanced clearinghouse product and unwavering customer-first philosophy. Our rapid growth trajectory is validated by our recognition as one of the fastest-growing SaaS vendors by Ramp.
- • We are experiencing a period of significant expansion and are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Senior Accountant to bolster our accounting operations. This pivotal role will work in close collaboration with the Controller and various cross-functional partners to ensure the accuracy of our financial reporting, maintain the integrity of balance sheet accounts through meticulous reconciliation, and continuously enhance our core accounting processes and close procedures to support our scaling business.
- • This is not a role confined to narrow, task-specific duties. We are looking for an individual who will embrace end-to-end ownership of their responsibilities. The ideal candidate will not only maintain but elevate our high standards for documentation and internal controls, while proactively driving continuous improvements in team operations and efficiency. This position offers a unique opportunity to make a substantial impact and gain meaningful ownership within a dynamic, high-growth environment.
- • The successful candidate will possess a robust technical accounting foundation complemented by a proactive, 'builder's mindset.' A deep commitment to achieving clean reconciliations, meticulously supporting journal entries, adhering to disciplined close processes, and constructing scalable systems is essential. If these principles resonate with your professional ethos, this role promises significant opportunities for growth and contribution.
- • Key responsibilities include the preparation of accurate journal entries, conducting thorough variance analysis, and supporting timely and precise financial reporting in strict adherence to US GAAP. A critical aspect of this role is meeting all close deadlines without any compromise on the quality of work or the rigor of documentation.
- • You will take ownership of the accounts receivable and collections function. This involves diligently monitoring account aging, spearheading proactive collection efforts, efficiently resolving customer discrepancies, and collaborating cross-functionally to reduce Days Sales Outstanding (DSO) and optimize our cash conversion cycle.
- • A core duty will be the preparation and review of monthly balance sheet reconciliations, ensuring clear, audit-ready support and comprehensive documentation. You will be instrumental in improving existing workflows and standardizing workpapers to enhance consistency and efficiency.
- • You will provide crucial support for external audits and other diligence efforts by preparing well-organized support schedules and promptly responding to all auditor requests.
- • A significant part of this role involves identifying deficiencies in current accounting workflows and proactively implementing process enhancements and strengthening internal controls. This includes leveraging automation and improving documentation within NetSuite and associated systems.
- • You will cultivate and maintain an in-depth understanding of our financial systems. This expertise will enable you to independently research and resolve issues, enhance data integrity, and drive the timely resolution of financial system-related challenges.
- • This role demands a proactive approach to process improvement, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of financial integrity and operational efficiency as Stedi continues its rapid expansion.

About Stedi, Inc.
