- • Senior Accountant / Auditor – AI Trainer is a freelance, remote role based in the EU/UK, requiring 8–20 hours per week to support the improvement of advanced AI systems by applying deep accounting and auditing expertise. This role is critical in ensuring AI-generated financial content meets the highest standards of technical accuracy, regulatory compliance, and professional judgment, directly influencing how AI understands and responds to complex accounting, audit, and tax scenarios across European jurisdictions.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include reviewing and refining AI-generated answers on accounting, audit, and tax topics for technical correctness, calculation logic, and alignment with IFRS, local GAAP, and professional standards; drafting complex financial scenarios such as IFRS interpretations, audit methodologies, tax structuring cases, and insolvency procedures from multiple stakeholder perspectives (e.g., auditor, tax advisor, CFO, SME owner); creating variations of financial questions to test AI reasoning under different regulatory and contextual lenses; designing edge-case scenarios that expose weaknesses in AI’s financial logic or regulatory interpretation; and providing detailed feedback to improve AI performance in real-world financial applications.

🎯 Requirements
- • Professional qualification as an accountant or auditor in a European jurisdiction (e.g., RA/AA (NL), ACA/ACCA (UK), Wirtschaftsprüfer/Steuerberater (DE), expert-comptable (FR), revisore legale (IT), or equivalent)
- • Minimum 7+ years of post-qualification experience in accounting, auditing, tax, or financial reporting
- • Strong expertise in at least one specialized domain such as IFRS/local GAAP, audit methodology, corporate tax, VAT, transfer pricing, management accounting, insolvency, or forensic accounting
- • Ability to analyze complex financial reasoning, identify calculation errors, and assess logical consistency in AI-generated responses
- • Availability to commit 8–20 hours per week alongside existing freelance or client work
- • Based in the EU or UK with legal right to work remotely
