📋 Description

• • Lead and oversee all accounting operations for Patch My PC, LLC, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely execution of financial processes across the organization.
• • Perform hands-on accounting tasks including monthly reconciliations of bank accounts, balance sheet accounts, and intercompany transactions to maintain financial integrity.
• • Manage the full month-end close process, including preparation of journal entries, variance analysis, and documentation of key controls and procedures.
• • Prepare and review financial reporting deliverables such as income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements for internal leadership and external stakeholders.
• • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate revenue recognition, expense categorization, and proper accruals in alignment with GAAP standards.
• • Implement and improve accounting workflows and internal controls to enhance efficiency, reduce risk, and support scalability as the company grows.
• • Serve as the primary point of contact for external auditors during annual audits, providing documentation, explanations, and support for financial statements.
• • Monitor and manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, ensuring timely payments and collections while maintaining strong vendor and customer relationships.
• • Assist in the preparation of budgeting and forecasting materials by providing historical financial data, trend analysis, and operational insights.
• • Stay current with accounting regulations, tax requirements, and industry best practices to ensure company compliance and proactive risk mitigation.
• • Train and mentor junior accounting staff, fostering a culture of accountability, precision, and continuous improvement within the finance team.
• • Support the CFO and leadership team with ad hoc financial analysis, special projects, and strategic initiatives requiring financial expertise.
• • Maintain accurate and organized financial records in accordance with company policies and regulatory standards.
• • Ensure timely and accurate filing of state and federal tax returns, including sales tax, payroll tax, and other applicable filings.
• • Utilize accounting software and ERP systems to streamline reporting, automate routine tasks, and improve data visibility across departments.
• • Proactively identify opportunities to reduce costs, improve cash flow, and optimize financial processes without compromising compliance or control.
• • Communicate financial results and operational insights clearly to non-finance stakeholders to support informed business decisions.
• • Participate in the evaluation and selection of new financial technology tools to enhance automation, accuracy, and reporting capabilities.
• • Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive financial data and ensure adherence to data security protocols.
