- • As the Senior Acquisition Creative Strategist at Glow25, you will be the driving force behind our customer acquisition efforts, acting as the strategic visionary and creative disruptor for all our acquisition funnels. Reporting directly to the Head of Performance Marketing, you will serve as a senior sparring partner, collaborating across diverse markets, channels, and internal teams to elevate our direct response advertising and fuel new customer growth. This pivotal role is designed for an individual who thrives on challenging the status quo, possesses an innate understanding of persuasion psychology, and can translate complex marketing objectives into compelling, high-impact creative strategies.
- • Your primary mission is to push the boundaries of what's possible in acquisition marketing. You will be instrumental in rethinking our acquisition storytelling, challenging existing methodologies, and consistently developing bold, innovative concepts that resonate with target audiences and drive significant conversions. This position is fundamentally about strategic thinking and creative direction, not the day-to-day management of production workflows. You will own the 'why' and the 'what' of our creative acquisition efforts, empowering teams to execute with clarity and impact.
- • **Acquisition Funnel Strategy:** You will take full ownership of the creative strategy for our acquisition funnels across all paid channels. This involves designing comprehensive, end-to-end customer journeys, meticulously mapping out every touchpoint from the initial hook that captures attention to the final conversion. You will define the core storytelling frameworks, articulate compelling value propositions that highlight our unique selling points, and implement sophisticated persuasion mechanics designed to guide potential customers through the funnel effectively. Your strategic vision will ensure a cohesive and impactful narrative that drives consistent growth.
- • **Direct Response & Copy Leadership:** You will lead and critically assess the copy direction for all acquisition campaigns, ensuring it is both performance-driven and aligned with our brand ethos. Acting as a senior sparring partner to the Team Lead Copywriting (Brand), you will bridge the gap between aspirational brand storytelling and the direct, persuasive language required for high-converting acquisition ads. Your expertise will be crucial in developing and refining high-converting headlines, hooks, claims, and narratives that capture attention and drive action. You will serve as the ultimate creative authority, providing the final strategic review for all major campaigns and product launches, ensuring they meet our high standards for effectiveness and creativity.
- • **Creative Disruption & Innovation:** A core aspect of your role will be to constantly challenge existing approaches and inspire teams to pursue bolder, sharper, and more innovative ideas. You will proactively identify emerging formats, novel angles, and significant market trends before they become mainstream, giving Glow25 a competitive edge. By drawing inspiration from best practices in D2C, media buying, and global markets, you will infuse our acquisition efforts with fresh perspectives and cutting-edge techniques. Your forward-thinking approach will ensure our creative remains relevant, engaging, and effective in a rapidly evolving landscape.
- • **Strategic Oversight & Guidance:** You will provide strategic direction and guidance to the Team Lead Creative Strategist and the Ad Creation team, ensuring their efforts are aligned with the overarching acquisition strategy. Your role involves harmonizing creative direction across critical channels such as Paid Social, Partner Pages, Native advertising, and emerging markets. You will be responsible for ensuring that our acquisition messaging remains sharp, distinctly differentiated from competitors, and readily scalable across international markets, adapting nuances as needed while maintaining core effectiveness.
- • **Market & Expansion Focus:** A significant part of your contribution will involve adapting our acquisition storytelling to resonate with new countries and diverse cultural contexts. You will play a key role in defining the go-to-market creative strategies for new market launches and scaling phases, ensuring our messaging is culturally sensitive and locally relevant. Your strategic input will be vital in successfully penetrating new territories and driving growth in expansion phases, making Glow25 a truly global brand.
