- • Senior Activation & Events Manager (Offline Growth) at Coins.ph, a leading and trusted crypto brand in the Philippines with over 18 million users, responsible for driving offline growth through strategic event planning and brand activations that expand user acquisition and engagement in key markets.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include designing and executing large-scale offline marketing campaigns, managing end-to-end event logistics (from concept to post-event analysis), coordinating with vendors and internal teams, measuring ROI of activations, and aligning events with broader growth and marketing objectives to increase brand visibility and user adoption.
- • Coins.ph is the most established crypto brand in the Philippines, fully regulated by the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP), and the first crypto-based company in Asia to hold both Virtual Currency and Electronic Money Issuer licenses from a central bank, operating at the forefront of financial innovation in Southeast Asia.
- • In this role, you will develop expertise in experiential marketing within the fintech and crypto space, lead high-impact growth initiatives, build cross-functional collaboration skills, and contribute directly to user growth and market penetration in one of the region’s most dynamic digital economies.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience in managing large-scale offline events, brand activations, or experiential marketing campaigns, preferably in consumer-facing industries such as fintech, tech, or lifestyle.
- • Strong project management skills with the ability to oversee multiple simultaneous initiatives, manage budgets, timelines, and vendor relationships effectively.
- • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to collaborate with marketing, product, compliance, and external partners.
- • Familiarity with the Philippine market, including cultural nuances and key cities for user acquisition, is highly advantageous.
- • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field; additional certifications in event management or marketing are a plus.
